Pro workspaces invite colleagues with viewer, editor or admin roles, move reports from draft to in review to final, and leave comments on individual blocks. Seats are £19 a month each.
What you get
Roles that match how a practice works
Viewers read. Editors create and edit reports, upload media and manage clients and snippets. Admins add members, settings, branding, AI keys and integrations. The owner holds billing and can transfer ownership.
A review workflow with a final state
Reports move draft → in review → final before issue. A reviewer can read the whole report, comment on the blocks that need work and resolve each thread when it is done.
Comments on the block, not in an email
Block-level comments sit beside the paragraph, photo or table they refer to. Resolve them as you fix them so nothing is lost between the surveyor and the checker.
Know who changed what
The audit log records who did what and when: 30 days on Basic, two years on Pro. Versions keep every save, and any version can be opened read-only and restored.
How it works
Add seats
Billing → Seats. Each extra member needs a seat at £19 a month or £190 a year. The first member is included in Pro.
Invite by email with a role
Settings → Members. Invitations expire after seven days. Change a role or remove a member at any time.
Review before issue
Move the report to in review, comment on blocks, resolve the threads, set it to final and issue.

The editor shows who else has a report open and reconciles changes made at the same time. It is not simultaneous live co-editing. If a Pro workspace downgrades, members beyond one seat are suspended and the owner chooses who stays.
Frequently asked questions
Can two people edit the same report at once?
Two members can have it open. A banner shows who else is editing, and if both save, the later save is reconciled from the server and the other member sees Updated from another session. For a clean handover, use the review workflow and comments.
How are seats billed?
£19 a month per extra seat, or £190 a year on an annual plan, added to the Pro subscription through Stripe. Add or remove seats on the Billing page; changes are pro-rated.
Does a viewer need a seat?
Yes. Every member, whatever their role, uses a seat. Clients who only need to read a report do not need a seat or an account; send them a share link instead.
