Upgrade at any time and pay the pro-rated difference at once. Downgrades take effect at the end of the paid period, and nothing is deleted: Pro-only blocks stay in your documents and are shown again when you upgrade. Cancel at any time; you keep 30 days to export your data after the subscription ends.
Frequently asked questions
Are the templates RICS-approved?
No. Report Kit 360 is not affiliated with, approved by or endorsed by RICS or any other professional body. The home-survey templates are RICS-style: they follow the familiar level 1, 2 and 3 structure, ratings and section order, in our own wording and without any RICS material. Your professional obligations, including which standards and terms of engagement apply, remain yours.
What counts as one of the 10 reports on Basic?
Creating a report, including duplicating one. Drafting, editing, exporting and sharing existing reports are never counted or blocked. The counter resets on the first of each month, and you can add 5 reports for £4.99 up to twice a month if you need them.
Do I need my own AI account?
Only if you want the AI features, which are on Pro. You add your own API key for Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (ChatGPT) or Google Gemini; the provider bills you directly for what you use, and the app shows the calls, tokens and estimated cost each month. Keys are stored encrypted. Nothing the AI suggests is applied until you accept it, and blocks it touched are listed in the report’s provenance.
Can I remove the Report Kit 360 mark from my reports?
On Pro, yes: white-label removes the footer strip, the cover badge and the share-page badge, and lets you set your own footer text and share-page message. On Basic your logo and accent colour are on every report and the mark stays.
Do my clients need an account to read a report?
No. You send a share link that opens in any browser. You can add a password, an expiry date and a maximum number of views, allow or (on Pro) prevent download, and revoke or rotate the link at any time. Issued reports also carry a Verify link that shows the fingerprint of the issued version.
Can my team work on reports together?
On Pro you add seats at £19 a month each and give colleagues viewer, editor or admin roles. Reports move through draft, in review and final, with comments on individual blocks. If two people open the same report, the editor shows who else is in it and reconciles changes; it is not simultaneous live co-editing.
What formats can I export and import?
PDF on every plan. Pro adds DOCX (headings, paragraphs, images and tables), CSV and XLSX of tables and findings, and JSON. You can import CSV into tables (up to 50 rows on Basic) and merge pages from an uploaded PDF, such as drawings or certificates, into the report (3 appendix pages on Basic, unlimited on Pro).
What happens to my reports if I cancel?
Your subscription runs to the end of the paid period. After it ends you have 30 days to export everything, including issued PDFs, before the workspace is purged. If a payment fails you keep full access for seven days, then the workspace becomes read-only until payment goes through.
