This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used by Report Kit 360, a trading name of [Digital Depth Studio Ltd], on the website at reportkit360.com and the web application at portal.reportkit360.com. It should be read with our privacy policy at /legal/privacy/.
It is a draft for legal and technical review before publication: the cookie names, durations and any analytics tool in square brackets must be confirmed against the live system.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies include browser local storage and session storage, which store data in the browser without sending it to the server on every request. We use both, as described below.
Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) we need your consent for cookies that are not strictly necessary to provide a service you have asked for. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not allow third parties to set cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking on our pages.
Cookies and storage we use
Strictly necessary (no consent required)
These are needed to sign you in, keep the Service secure and remember choices you have made. The Service does not work without them.

Analytics (consent required)
[If a website analytics tool is used on reportkit360.com, name it here with its cookies, purpose and duration, and set it only after consent through the cookie banner. If no analytics tool is used, state: We do not currently use analytics cookies on the website.]
The web application does not use third-party analytics cookies.
Share-page analytics
When you open a report through a share link, the report’s owner can see views, unique viewers, downloads and time on page, with device class and country, for 30 days on the Basic plan or two years on Pro. This is done by computing a hashed fingerprint of the visit rather than by setting a tracking cookie, and the raw IP address is not stored against the visit. If the report owner has enabled the viewer gate, you will be asked for your name and email address before the report is shown; those details are recorded for the report owner. The report owner is the controller of that data; see section 3 of our privacy policy.
How to control cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the browser’s help pages explain how. If you block strictly necessary cookies you will not be able to sign in or use protected share links. Local storage can be cleared through the same settings.
Where we ask for consent, you can change your choice at any time through the [cookie settings link in the website footer].
Changes
We will update this page when the cookies we use change and will update the effective date above.
